Fabulous experience from entry to exit. Geri was extremely reassuring as I was nervous. Made me feel relaxed and was very good at her job. The receptionist Natalie was friendly and warm. I had filler and botox. Very satisfied with results. Will be back.

Just about wrapped up my sessions of laser surgery at Skin Medical and my experience couldn’t have been better! As a trans person whose run the gauntlet of both NHS and private care I can whole heartedly support this place for your laser hair removal. The nurses actually have qualifications while many other locations only have beauticians with training in in laser.

If there are any concerns they are eager to help or answer questions. Their advice is also really helpful and has always been informative.

Very friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable outfit. These guys couldn’t do enough for me before, during and after a hair transplant procedure. It was so easy to deal with them, i had no issues at all, the continuously checked how i was getting on after the procedure and I’m already seeing massive improvements even though i’m only 3 months in to a 12 month process. Honestly can't recommend this place enough - the nursing, management and reception staff have always been fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable and patient - and the price/quality of treatment for the results is the best of all places I've been!

Worth noting that with the pandemic, the clinic has clearly worked extra hard to keep things safe and clean - amazing!

Heard about the Co2 laser face resurfacing from a friend, after doing some research i decided to take a trip to Skin medical for a consultation. Very quickly i was told exactly how the procedure works but was warned from the offset that there are no guarantees. the levels of honesty pushed me to book the procedure. I was booked in for a patch test, and all was okay, even more assured given there was very little pain.

Had very positive experience with the clinic, both its service and the staff.
Especially as a transgender client.
